COACHING

Our coaches are central to the success of the club. Whilst roles are paid, they do give up a lot of time to plan sessions, attend games, keep up to date with current coaching practices and develop all players they come into contact with. All coaches at Poly NC subscribe to a Coaching Code of Conduct and are CRB checked.

HEAD COACH: Lesley Tischler
Lesley is a UKCC L3 netball coach. She heads up the performance programme and leads training. Until recently she was the London and South East, England Netball Performance Pathway Coach, guiding talented youth players through to National Caps. Under the guidance of Tamsin Greenway, she was part of the Coach Development Programme at Surrey Storm. Lesley supports the Regional team on match days, and where possible does the same with our other teams.
